Welcome to my studio.

I’m a mix media artist who feels everything and anything makes a great canvas for my artwork. Making art is my form of meditation, which keeps me sane. I enjoy making jewelry, altered books, collages, cards and scrapbooks. My favorite artistic mediums are paint, inks, words, trash (recycled treasures), stamps, photos, clay, fiber – OK, I guess I’ve never met an art supply I didn’t like.

You Can Tell a Man by His Clothes

I'm very excited to have my alter jacket sculpture on the cover of Altered Arts this month!

This was a fun project that took many twists and turns along it's journey. He is going to be looking for a new home all to benefit a good cause. He will be touring with the Altered Arts Magazine to conventions. Then in January he will be raffled off, all to help a wonderful home for children.

Raffle tickets are seven for $5.00.
The drawing will be held in January, 2009.
